I am not one to complain but we were very dissatified with our experience. The website is very misleading, doesn't give you your total until after you submit your payment. I will admit we were in a hurry to find parking so I do blame myself for not doing my research but to pay $155 for parking is ridiculous! The parking was more than our tickets to the game. Had I seen the subtotal before submitting my payment I would've never paid that much especially when we pull up the gate for parking and it says parking for $18 needless to say my family was very upset with me. It's a shame that this situation is something we have to be aware of.
Could not tell where actual parking was for each of the zones. It would be nice to have a legend that explained what GA1 meant vs some of the other codes

I buy ticket for a show who's gonna take place in Canada so I taught the the price I was paying for my ticket was in Canadian dollars, but no. I was surprised by the price I payed on my visa details. Also I still don't have my ticket. I'm suppose to receive them the day before the show. But will it happens?
When I chose my tickets they were $366 each and I got 2 tickets for a total of $732. Imagine my shock and surprise when my card was charged $1,046.40! That is a difference of $314.40 and would have paid for an extremely nice hotel, paid for dinner for two and the cost of gas to get to the event! Why did it cost so much extra? An explanation would be wonderful.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
