Went to purchase tickets and was automatically directed to the tickets on sale/ AXS site. Was a pain in the $#*! to set up but all these things are now. Tickets seemed expensive. Later went back to get show details from venue website and realized i had paid more than double what they were charging and tickets were still available. Purchased insurance but it only covered a portion of my costs. It was my mistake for not checking venue site first. CHECK VENUE SITE BEFORE USING THIS. Huge rip off unless a show is sold out. Over $50 in service fees.

Search for my preferred tickets and the checkout process was seamless and quick. Thank you!

Too large a fee charged by you. Only proceeded because this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I can't let slip by. Tickets should have been $750 without tax, yet sale ended up being almost $1,100. I can certainly see why Biden is trying to crack down on this BS.

All tickets for the event being sold on the cowboys music festival site say that the ticket includes a fast pass. Does this ticket include one? It's more expensive than the ones on the cowboys website. It is seeming like this more expensive ticket was a complete waste and I would like to know if it includes a fast pass for the event. If it doesn't, I would like to return them.

I paid over $40 for prepaid parking spot hoping to guarantee a good spot. The ticket said row 1. As I entered the ramp I quickly realized, everyone else is paying $20 and are getting the the same opportunity to park as me. I realized I overpaid, but also that the sale was deceitful. Don't prepay!

Website was easy to use and I had no trouble getting tickets

Accidentally bought tickets thinking we were on Ticketmaster. After receiving an emailing stating our tickets could be delivered as late as 2 days prior to our event. This was not stated prior to purchasing tickets. Customer service has been awful. I'm hoping to dispute this with our bank.

Ticketmaster decided to use my old email for my tickets instead of the email I stated. I spent a lot of time searching around for my 'missing' tickets

Ordering online was not hard but gave no seating diagram nor did it advise that the front row tickets I bought placed me in the front row with a net pole directly in front of my seat which greatly took away watching the baseball game action. I kept asking myself, "And just why did I spend my hard earned money to buy seats where I could not enjoy watching the game?"

The computer says it sent me an email to get my ticket but it is nowhere, not in my inbox, promotions or even spam. Very little support for the high fee I paid.

Was unable use at the event. There was no reason to pay ahead as there was no place to scan or attendant. I was charge the regular $20 to park in addition to this fee. I would expect a refund!

Your page is tricky and charge different prices that you show. Yor are scamming people. It is a shame. Shame on you.

Hate having to remember password and this review having yo use 50 characters

Ordered 4 tickets for a concert I believed was directly from the venue. I was charged 200% more than the tickets price had I been on the correct webpage. The tickets I was emailed were in someone else's name causing me to question their authenticity.
