The cost of tickets are three times the price of the purchase price from every other site. Final sales in USD and customer service will never allow cancellations, changes or refunds

I ordered tickets for an event on 7/11/24. For some reason the tickets are not "available" until 7/10. Not sure why if I paid for them they are not available to add to my Wallet right after they are paid for?

Your site was the first that came up when I googled the artist I wanted to see. Didn't realize it was a secondary ticket reseller. Charged me way more than if I had been on the correct website and won't let me cancel the order. You do not list the sales tax amount or service charge amount on the final screen before placing an order. It is not until you get the email confirmation that you find out you have been charged almost $100 more than expected.
