In terms of the buying tickets that was easy and the tickets worked so you couldn't ask for more. But the seats we chose were by entry door. They had too much talking! The people who worked at the concert who helped guide people to their seats, did not know how to speak quietly and yelled. We could not hear the opening act. I did not realize they were by the entry doors when I purchased them. Live and learn! Thank goodness the talking, quieted down once the main attraction got on the stage, Zach Williams. He was awesome! Wish we had chosen different seats So we could have enjoyed the opening act as well. They would've been much cheaper also!

The site works great and the purchasing process is easy. My only complaint is the extremely high processing fee and electronic transfer fee. I wasn't aware of these fees until after I purchased the ticket. Initially I thought it was an error but there was a service charge of $12.12 and an electronic transfer fee of $7.50! If I knew it was going to be that much, I wouldn't have purchased the ticket through them.
I never received my tickets; customer service did nothing
It's been 4 days and I still haven't received my ticket I purchased (order *******). The transaction didn't indicate the processing fee before completing the transaction so I was surprised to see it was about 40% of the price. If I could cancel I would.

I bought tickets today and then when I received confirmation, it showed my cell # with a typo. I tried to change it, but had to chat with a customer service agent. She assured me that I would still get my tickets via email, but was unable to update my cellphone number.
I ordered tickets that were not delivered to me. Support states they are unable to process refunds or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. I ended up on the website by typing axs.com and clicking on the Google sponsored result labeled axs.com only after ordering had I realized that the sponsored link took me to another website. They have my money and I got nothing and support refuses to remedy it. Beware scammers I got scammed don't let it happen to you.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
