I selected one ticket multiple times in check out and when I went to pay, you still charged me for 2 tickets. When I tried to get a refund or change the ticket amount I was told that there was nothing they could do about it and my only option was to possible resell my ticket. But the tickets won't come to me until July.
I purchased two tickets for a show in another county thru this site, not realizing they are third party resale. I called the website at least four times, inquiring about when I'd be receiving the tickets (day before the show itself). They didn't tell me where I'd be sitting. The theatre itself had no record of me purchasing a ticket. All of the customer service representatives were useless. We did the math and figured out that we were overcharged by $70. We could have purchased directly thru the theatre and gotten much better seats for a $5 upgrade from what we were charged thru the site. Stay away!

I google Ticketmaster and got redirected to this site and got charge 3x the price of the tickets. Seconds after finding out I went to cancel and could not. This should be illegal.

You canceled my order because I protested a previous nondelivered ticket order from a similar entity. FYI-they eventually refunded the ticket cost because their investigation determined that the tickets were not delivered. You can take your company and GO TO HELL.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
