You don't get to pick your seats but instead you pick a row. This isn't helpful for those that may prefer something closer to the isle due to medical conditions and physical limitations. I get my tickets two days before the show and not at time of purchase and don't know where my seats are. Worst shopping experience for tickets. Highly recommend going with different organization.

Your service fee does not come up till after the transaction is completed, which is terrible. I have no problem with a reasonable service fee but $76 is outrageous and it would've changed my purchase! I'm sure that's why it doesn't show up till after the transaction is completed!
