Where. The. $#*!. Are. My. Tickets?!?! You were quick to take my money but here we are, weeks/months later and I STILL DONT HAVE MY TICKETS.
I did a search online for tickets. Your website popped up first. I clicked on the ticket, made payment, and immediately received an email with the electronic ticket. Viola!
Booking the tickets was easy, I would give 5 stars for that part.
But: my impression was that I would receive the digital tickets directly via email after the purchase. Apparently my impression was wrong and I have to wait until 2 days before the concert (4th of september) to recieve and print them. I will be on a road trip along the west coast with my family during that time with no access to a printer and hopefully will receive the email at all. So I am not sure if we will have tickets for the concert at all. If there is a way to send the tickets before mid July I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Had to buy 4 tickets: 2 for me and 2 for my sister-in-law, but since the funds on one credit card were not enough, I decided to pay in two installments. Everything went well with the first one, but I couldn't pay for the second couple of tickets because I had a limit on my card and because it was already late and my local bank was closed, I left them in the basket. Next day I after I increased the limit, only one thing was left to do - submit the payment. But unfortunately, after I did that, I noticed that is different then it was yesterday - 60$ more! How is that possible, during the night they changed the price! I called to CS, but it didn't help. I feel cheated afterwards. I am happy that I got my tickets, but this joy is with bitter taste.

ON THIS PAGE THEY DECEIVE YOU BECAUSE IN THE BEGINNING YOU ASK FOR A NUMBER OF TICKETS AND THEY GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT TOTAL, AND SINCE YOU ENTER YOUR CARD FOR THE PURCHASE, THEY GIVE YOU THE FINAL PRICE, WITH A VERY HIGH COMMISSION AND YOU CAN NO LONGER REVERSE THE PURCHASE.
ALSO THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE TICKETS AND THEY TELL YOU UNTIL ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. I HOPE THAT IS SO AND IT IS NOT A TOTAL FRAUD AND AT TRIPLE THE PRICE OF OTHER SITES
Confusing. Not sure still how to receive my tickets or if I even have them. I do show I paid for them. I don't do this often.
Expensive mistake. Realized too late that charges where in usd not cd. I bet many Canadians make this mistake once. Until you change to charge in the currency of the customer I will not use your site again and will advise others about my expenses and experience.
Was not aware that a Canadian concert would be in American dollars - does not make sense.
I got two tickets for 249.00 each plus tax and additional fees; when I checked my statement I was charged almost $1,400. This is not cool at all. It created a Burden on me; and what bothers me now they are saying the tickets are limited view when it never stated.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
