My daughter recently recovered from surgery and wanted to see a comedy show to celebrate. Searched for a show and found it. Thought I was getting tickets from Ticketmaster but it was from Ticketsonsale who doubled the price of each ticket.

Bought show tickets and watched the price go up 80% after paying with Apple Pay. Hidden charges.

It's crap that there are always fees. No reason for unreasonable fees.

Very disappointed with ticket delivery process. Event is in October and they won't sent tickets until 48 hours before event. Sounds like a scam to me. If I don't get a resolution to this I will never spend another dime with them and will tell everyone of my experiences.

I bought several tickets on this app.And one concert high answered.I couldn't find my tickets because they were on Ticketmaster and said this app.But I don't know how it changed or where it changed but I didn't know.I was going to a different site buying tickets off of this site

My ticket transfer still says pending and tonight is the game and I don't have the ticket barcode etc I was charged for the tickets but don't have them :(

I was charged 4x what I paid on Ticket master when they released a second round of tickets. I was charged in USD for a Toronto show. The tickets have not been delivered yet and won't be for many months so I can't sell the tickets. Horrible experience and I would get a refund if I could.

I guess the website charges an insane amount for the tickets they're selling, relative to the face value, because they don't actually have the tickets in hand? I've bought a pair of tickets and they can't tell me the seat numbers, only the row. Seems like if they actually had they tickets they could give me a seat number. I noticed that for other tickets, they couldn't even tell you what row you'd be in. I spent 45 minutes chatting with "customer support," as they alternately gave oblique answers or completely stonewalled me. I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor because the person with whom I texting was already trained in escalation. I was told they have no idea what seat number I have because they're a third party ticket seller. So I guess they must bid on tickets being sold by scalpers? It's a third-party scalping site. The tickets haven't been sent to me, although I bought them two weeks ago. Apparently, I'll get them by the night before the concert. Really unprofessional.

The tickets did not come and I was unable to get a refund.

Easy to order, but not easy to transfer to my wallet.

Expensive price in comparison to actual cost of items and high service charges. I should have done more searching ir either mot purchased on line and bought at venue since event was far from sold out.

It was straight forward, the site worked well,no glitches. It was easy to see what I needed to do. What's really important is when I had a question, I called customer service and had a very positive experience on that reason I will use this site again!

I'll admit this is my fault for not realizing I was buying from a third party. I was not happy when they took over $500 in April and they won't be giving my tickets until 2 days before the event. I'm planning a major surprise for my wife and I'm worried I just got scammed out of $500 and I won't receive anything and my gift to my wife will be ruined.

They send fake QR code that does not work at the event! I paid for a show 3 months in advance and they send QR code 24h beforehand which does not work at the venue.

Where. The. $#*!. Are. My. Tickets?!?! You were quick to take my money but here we are, weeks/months later and I STILL DONT HAVE MY TICKETS.

I did a search online for tickets. Your website popped up first. I clicked on the ticket, made payment, and immediately received an email with the electronic ticket. Viola!

Booking the tickets was easy, I would give 5 stars for that part.
But: my impression was that I would receive the digital tickets directly via email after the purchase. Apparently my impression was wrong and I have to wait until 2 days before the concert (4th of september) to recieve and print them. I will be on a road trip along the west coast with my family during that time with no access to a printer and hopefully will receive the email at all. So I am not sure if we will have tickets for the concert at all. If there is a way to send the tickets before mid July I would really appreciate it. Thank you
