Was very easy to find tickets at reasonable price, but a little worried about receiving them only the day before the concert…

It wasn't until after I paid that I realized it was a resale site. An expensive lesson as I paid almost $100 more that if I had purchased from the actual ticket site.

Easy to obtain tickets but then I realized this is a re-seller site. The threaten I booked with tells me they are "usually" valid. Let's hope so!

The process to buy the tickets is fine, however the delay for actually receiving tickets that were purchased at a high cost is not so cool. I would feel so much more confident if tickets were transferred when purchased.

Gouging customers for scalping tickets not cool. But at least you had great seats available & the process was simple to purchase them.

When checking prices of the tickets…the same tickets were 25% cheaper on any other site.

I had no idea that the ticket I purchased was the price charged. I thought it was much lower

I wanted to buy tickets to see billie through "Ticket Master" I was scammed. I paid for three tickets to a show that wasn't the one I wanted to see. I tried to cancel the forced purchase and I was not given any chance of a refund even 5 minutes after being cheated. This is simply fraud. Shame on you and your company of thieves. I will file a complaint and I will tell my contacts to never do business with your profiteering company. I would have given zero stars if I could! Disgusting to do this to people.

I thought I was buying two tickets for $75 each. When I checked out, I did not read thoroughly, my fault, and was charged another $69 in fees and taxes? My wife bought two adjacent seats through another outlet and paid $132 total compared to my $219. Totally my fault for not reading, but still a ripoff.

It was easy to purchase, but I still don't have the tickets.

I got tickets from this site and stubhub that was recommended to me by someone else and I never received their ticket to the same event. So I had to buy another ticket.

All the fees were not included or broken down and this was upsetting

Didn't realize until after the purchase was made that Tickets on sale was a reseller and charged a premium for the seats. Lesson learned.

Very disappointed that my tickets will not be received until the day before the event. Price was double what they were sold for on Ticketmaster and fees were crazy priced. Tickets are for a sick child who so wants to see Billie Elish. Again, I have concerns that the over priced tickets will be received.

It took 5 minutes and I had a safe dependable parking area for the game.

I realized immediately I made a mistake purchasing from TicketsOnSale when the confirmation said I would get the tickets 3 days before the concert. Within 5 minutes I requested a cancellation. They were rigid and would not reverse my order. They have terrible reviews on BBB that others have received scam tickets. Don't buy from them!

I thought I was on the real web page for getting tickets. Didn't realize I was on a resale ticket page. Tickets were more than double eehst I would have paid on the real site.

I wanted the best "seats" and I paid a premium to sit down and I ended up with on field pit tickets! I called TicketOnSales within minutes and they said we don't give refunds! They suck!

Was not able to read everything before deadline in time. Was buying tickets for my daughter and granddaughters. Not sure how they will get tickets as paperless. May be my fault? Wanted mobile to transfer to them.
