Was not able to read everything before deadline in time. Was buying tickets for my daughter and granddaughters. Not sure how they will get tickets as paperless. May be my fault? Wanted mobile to transfer to them.
I was charged twice for my order of 2 tickets. I received one confirmation order and one transfer ticket update for one order number but was charged twice on mg credit card. The agent on the website told me that I had placed two orders but weirdly "both" orders have the same order number ans details according to them. My order does not confirm 4 tickets, and as stated only one confirmation number and email was sent to me. I will have to dispute this with my bank and in the meantime have to oay out of pocket almost 1000$ becausd of their system mistake. The agent told me that when I purchased these duplicate orders that I had a message pop up telling me I had a duplicate order, but I am 200% sure I did not. Because of their mistake I cannot get a refund, even though I am 110% sure I will only be getting 2 tickets and not 4 since in the eyes of the vendor I placed one order under one order number for 2 tickets.

I'll try to get in contact with somebody about how to sign in and what app your email was talking about and it was very clear to me that this is a scam. And you charge double for the ticket while it was originally. I've emailed three times I want my money back I am going to dispute this with my credit card company.

Went to purchase tickets for Canucks hockey game in my own city and somehow got onto their site. Did not indicate prices were in American dollars, even at checkout. Overpayed these slimy middlemen and they wouldn't give me a refund.
I accidentally went to the US site to buy tickets and it went though smoothly with now waits! But I didn't want to pay in US funds at the end and realized that I went to the wrong site. Ended my purchase and then went to the Canadian site.ca and tried to purchase tickets but couldn't do to the volume of people I guess and when spots opened I was unable to tap on them. Gave up after 15 minutes and went back to the US site and purchased within 3 minutes!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
