Went to assigned parking garage and QR code did work to gain access. Site did not have an attendant - only a Pay station in another floor. Had to take a ticket to enter. When we left tried the QR code at the pay station and did not work there either. Ended up paying out of pocket at the site.
I purchased a pair of tickets and the money was IMMEDIATELY debited from my checking account. I'm still trying to retrieve the electronic tix. Here I am clicking on to the link provided in the confirmation email and no scan able barcode. This is a very expensive endeavor to see Kevin Hart. I hope it's not a scam.
The VIP table price was listed as price per each indicating full table however the price listed was per person. Nowhere in the transaction was total price until the charge was made and they have no refund policy. Definitely feel scammed.
The website is not working for the customer but deceiving the customer on the price and at the end of the transaction, they explain that the tickets may take a few days because they do not have it. Also the seat may not be the one that I wanted either, that to me is a scam. I want for the website to be honest and clearly state that up front.

I need help
Do not buy tickets from here. There are multiple non disclosed fees. Purchased parking for $36 total was $56 with no breakdown. When We got to the parking place. Total parking would've cost us $25 in the same spot. This site is a total rip off for parking.
I got charged 25% service fee that was completely hidden until the checkout was completed.
I didn't like the fact I only got to pick the area (zone)of my seats not the seats itself…my man has long legs I would have like to have end seats
Overall it was easy, although there were so many other steps to go through in order to acquire tickets. Additionally, it should be clear that you are paying in US dollars so as to not experience the sticker shock at the end!
It was very easy to use this site and I never have had problems
