Charging 85 dollars for a parking space should be a felony. Go to the stadium site directly and it is 50% cheaper.

I thought I was on Ticketmaster to be frank with you. Now I can't cancel and I have way overpaid over 200 each for tickets I could have bought for $109. I will never make this mistake again

The parking that was reserved for me is available after the event starts. Does not do me much good if I can't use it.

I paid way too much for parking, just to find out I could have paid less than half of what I paid through this site. You also raised prices as the event got closer which misleads people to think parking was filling up.

Tickets should be the price initially listed not after all the fees are added.

Purchased a parking pass for a Cubs game. The address appeared to have no parking and were told to wait for a parking pass. We found alternate parking and went to the game. During the game, 4th inning or so, we receive a parking pass email. In addition, the taxes and fees were 50% of the cost and not disclosed before purchase. Didn't Ticketmaster get in trouble with BBB for that? Currently trying to get the transaction cancelled but was told to speak to the merchant. Still waiting on a reply.

Received tickets right away. Process was easy but I ended up paying a bit more than expected. Still a worthwhile experience.

This website mimics legitimate websites and tricks you into believing you are purchasing from a legitimate site. They do not tell you there is a $55 per ticket service fee until after you have paid. They also change your ticket amount and do not show you the total amount until after you have paid. I intended to buy two tickets but instead bought 10 because their default quantity is 10 and does not allow you to change in spite of the drop down menu that tricks you into believing you can change the quantity.

I never could figure out how to download tickets as it kept telling me to do things over again. Way too complicated for this 80 year old woman!

I thought I was buying from AXS and come to find out it was though a third arty that charged me 150 more than what it said I was buying the ticket for.

With a few clicks I was able to find my event and book dates and seats. Transfer was Mobil and happened quickly
