The customer service i received was absolutely horrible. There was no help in reconciling an issue i had, I was just told sorry we can't do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one else i could talk to. I would never use this service again!

Tickets were easy to buy the problem was the hidden fee tickets were $49 ended up costing $64 each. Didn't show the amount or the fee they were charging until after your payment. It still didn't show what the extra $24 add on per ticket even was. Will never purchase through here again.

I spent over $150 to park near the US Babk stadium and the address you provided was over 30 minutes away so I didn't even use this parking pass.

I was informed the tickets would be one price and when I went to pay for them with Apple Pay there were hidden fees that were not shown until after the purchase was made.

Horrible

Absolutely horrible and very unimpressed. Will Never be using this site again. First I had to buy 4 tickets instead of the 3 I needed just to get decent priced tickets so myself and family members could sit together which was fine, I accepted that when purchasing. What I did not accept was the website showing Canadian prices, for a Canadian concert while being purchased in Canada and the total also showing Canadian and then checking my account to find out I was charged American prices and the insurance being a whole additional amount despite on the website showing it all together in the total. I ended up paying almost $200 more than what my total on the website was. I then contacted your company multiple times which directed me to multiple difference insurance places so I could get some help in the situation, all of which either were no help, continously transfered me to people who said they couldn't help and left me extremely frustrated and in tears, while still being polite as I know this is not the workers fault but extremely disappointing of the company. I then called twice asking to speak with a manager or someone higher up and once was told they would find someone and hung up on me and the other person refused to.

There is something fundamentally wrong with the service charges being levied on tickets. It should be a flat fee and not based upon the price of the ticket. Turning a $70 purchase into over a $100 charge is fundamentally wrong!

Secret added fees

I wanted to be sure of my parking space, so I paid $31. Imagine my surprise when the bill soared to $49+! I called and spoke an agent who explained the fees tacked on to the purchase.

Traffic

I arrived an hour before first pitch, only to have to sit in traffic for 1.5 hours and the garage that I paid $35 for a parking pass to was blocked off... it was well into the third inning so I just drove 2 hours back home. It was a waste of $400.00
