I just wanted to buy concert tickets for the very first time only to be charged four times the price of ticketmaster and not be able to get a refund.

Ticket was $125. Total purchase including fees $177. Too much. Will not use service

Got tricked into paying a USD price on a CAD ticket. Tickets were resold SOMEHOW yet when I realized I had been stolen from it claimed the venue had not enabled reselling-despite the fact that I had obviously been resold.
Its so bad I double checked that this is a legitimate website and was very surprised to find it is a functioning business.

I ordered tickets to an event and I found out my wife had already ordered the tickets. 5 minutes after I ordered them I tried to cancel my order and I'm not allowed. Does not seem right

The added fees are ridiculous and I will never use this service again! Same lot was only $40 cash in person and was HUGE! One lot half block closer was only $30. Tried to cancel day of event and of course there was a no cancellation fee. I feel like I was robbed! And the GPS didn't even take us to the entry of the lot---but the rear entry which was closed on day of event! I will be submitting your company to the state attorney general as price gouging and also to the BBB for business practice.

I made a mistake and bought a parking pass for the wrong lot. Boughtca second pass for the correct lot. Called customer support, explained what happened and the support person was courteous and friendly but would not cancel or reimburse me for an honest mistake. Pretty petty for a $35 refund. Probably will not use your service again.

I searched and booked the tickets I wanted at the right price.

I wish it was more clear that these were resale tickets. It was the first site that populated for my venue search, so I thought I was buying them from the venue. Turns out the tickets were $60 more than the original value, and no refunds are allowed after purchase. Feel like I got scammed after buying 5 tickets to a show. :( Will not be using this site and would NOT recommend to anyone.

I accidentally bought one ticket then realized I made a mistake as I had wanted to buy two tickets together. When I went to click the contact us button at the bottom of the email, nothing happened and I am trying to figure out how to reach out to you to cancel that ticket.

Thinking this site was ticketmaster (as the address indicates) I selected tickets for an early May event and included the recommended insurance. Moments after purchasing the tickets, I received an email indicating the event date was changed to Oct. I immediately requested a refund. The response from this company, " As per checking here, I see that your tickets were transferred to you (rather than purchasing your tickets from Ticketmaster), so I'm unable to refund your order. If you paid someone else for your tickets, reach out and see if you can get a refund from them or if they offer other options.
If the event cancels, postpones, reschedules or moves, and refunds are approved by the Event Organizer, we'll refund the original purchaser of the tickets is eligible for a refund. I'm sorry, but the Event Organizer is not offering the option to resell your tickets on our website for this event. If the Sell Tickets button doesn't appear, is grayed out or you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn't activated resale, your tickets aren't eligible for resale."

Very bad experience try to get refund as it was a mistake buying the tickets but no refund you have to fight via your credit card

I'm very upset that I was charged 150. Per ticket when the very same ticket was only 80.00.

I priced lawn tickets for a concert in Dallas. With the hidden fees the price almost doubled.

Terrible. I want my money back. Customer service is a joke. I won't even get my tickets in time to try and resell them. I tried to cancel my order within 2 minutes and they could have - it was still processing. You guys are the worst.

I paid hundreds of dollars for tickets, but have not received them. I want my money back, but they refuse to refund my money.

The customer service i received was absolutely horrible. There was no help in reconciling an issue i had, I was just told sorry we can't do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one else i could talk to. I would never use this service again!

Tickets were easy to buy the problem was the hidden fee tickets were $49 ended up costing $64 each. Didn't show the amount or the fee they were charging until after your payment. It still didn't show what the extra $24 add on per ticket even was. Will never purchase through here again.
