I ordered the tickets on 4/24/24 for imagine dragons and it charged me 200? For lawn seats. On 4/28/24 I received an email to go to ticketmaster or at least that was the hyper text in the email that sent me there. I had an account and I changed password, now I'm logged in... No tickets anywhere and it was the same email I used on ticketsonsale site.
I was nervous putting my card online, but now they're on my phone. I'm still nervous about my card, though, but I'll see on the 9th whether tix work.

Horrible! I thought I was on the Ticket Master website. I did NOT wanna buy resale tix as the show wasn't even sold out! I'm in Canada the show is in Canada BUT tix were in US funds! My fault an expensive lesson learned! And for terrible seats too!
1) You seem to do everything that mirrors Basie's website to the T. Which made me feel like I was on the site. So instead of paying a fair price of $17 per ticket, I paid $57 through you. Gouging.
2) before I understood the serious pricing situation, I realize I could not make the performance and was absolutely refused a refund even though I had not even been delivered the tickets at the time of the request. Very poor business model.

I made a mistake on date purchase. Your service department said they can't help me.
I called right after placing my order when the amount charged was more than the price quoted. Took 10 minutes to get to a person and then was told it's against company policy to refund since the order was already confirmed. The confirmation was received within the same minute the order was placed. I have yet to been provided with the goods purchased yet am refused a refund. I was denied my request to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times. Worst experience ever. Misleading advertisement matched with deceptive customer service and order processing.
The cost of the ticket showed $116.00 each, however, I ended up paying over $300.00 total. There was a $75.00 service charge, and an electronic transfer fee. I felt blind sided. I did not see the total cost until the transaction with my credit card was final. I received the tickets via email and observed that each ticket was originally $55.00, fees $5.00, and tax $3.85 with a total of $63.85. I paid mor than double the cost of the tickets.

Accidentally bought a porter Robinson ticket. They already had the price doubled and when I went to hit the next screen button to find out fees it just flay our bought the ticket WITH 50$ IN FEES! Absolutely scummy service. They refused to give me a refund. May ask for a charge back.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
