Why is it so hard or have to wait to get actual ticket. Should just come in an email.

Buying the ticket has been a quick, easy experience, but I do not see my purchased ticket on my MLB Ballpark app yet. Now I am being told that my order has been cancelled because they do not find a verifiable phone number for my account, even though I do have one, which has been in operation for a few months.

I attempted to cancel my order before it had been processed and was unable. They say tickets are non refundable or returnable but I tried to cancel before it the order was processed. I was unable to talk to management, only got scripted responses from three different phone operators who said exactly the same thing.

I was very upset to see the extreme service fees and email fees. I am trying to return these tickets due to this poor experience

Unable to use my digital tickets at the game. Paid more than double for the tickets through your company. Don't appreciate your website fabricating a "near sell out" when the stadium was barely 25% full…..

I will never use this service ever again. This service is a $#*!ing scam

I ordered tickets, in May, for the Billie Eilish concert, in a different province, on December 3rd. I was told I would receive the tickets 1 day before the concert. The concern I'm having is I'm trusting on the ticket holder to send me the tickets - I need to buy air line tickets and a hotel for the concert. I'm hopeful I didn't get scammed but giving the tickets one day before makes me beyond nervous.

I came looking for tickets to a concert that has been sold out for a while. I was able to find the tickets, but the only prices shown were for the tickets themselves, not the processing fees.

I tried to cancel my transaction immediately after purchasing because I realized I selected the wrong date. There was no option to retract and customer service was unhelpful.

We missed out event because the tickets had the wrong time on them. The event started at 7pm, our tickets said 10pm.

My initial order was cancelled so I called in. Your customer service rep apologized and processed another order with a small discount for the inconvenience. (Luckily seats were still available) Next day that order was also cancelled without an explanation. So now my credit card has FOUR orders pending, I have been charged for the insurance I requested on 1st order and the show is sold out. Other than all that the experience was fine!

The purchase and ticket transfer was super quick and easy! I'll definitely use again!

Added charges are extreme. Tickets listed as $75. Additional charges were $25. But when tickets were printed - face value was listed as $35. What an idiot's delight.
