I attempted to cancel my order before it had been processed and was unable. They say tickets are non refundable or returnable but I tried to cancel before it the order was processed. I was unable to talk to management, only got scripted responses from three different phone operators who said exactly the same thing.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
