Easy but pricey, easy but pricey, easy but pricey how many more words do i have to enter

It's been a month. Where are my tickets? Why do I have to enter 50 characters? Is this enough now?

Confusing. Not sure where we'll be sitting. Pricing should include fees and that tax will be charged

I was looking for tickets for stars on ice via the Stars on Ice website and your site came up. I am not used to buying tickets. I did not know it was a resale business and the cost on the website did not match with what was taken from my account, which was way more.

This company charged my credit card and did not provide the service. When I disputed the charge they told my credit card company they had a no-refund policy. SO I paid for a service I never received even after I called their customer service twice waiting for the parking ticket. I would never use this company again they will rip you off.

I wasn't able to access my tickets and ended up losing out on my money. When I try to click the contact us link it goes nowhere.

This website came up a suggestion from a search engine when looking for tickets for Jim Jeffries and Jimmy Carr. The tickets were literally (no hyperbole) 4x what are currently listed on "Select Your Tickets". As I thought I was on "Select Your Tickets", I didn't realize how overpriced the tickets were. The are birthday presents for my sons who are huge fans. The tickets ended up costing $2500.00 Cdn (as they were listed in US dollars) instead of $770.00 Cdn. Plus over $500.00 US in service fees. No break down of the prices is given when you're asked to pay.

Also, you don't get to know what seats you're buying.

I have recently had a brain tumour removed and I am recovering from brain injuries due to strokes from the brain tumour. I'm on LTD. Should I have known letter? Probably. I wouldn't have done this 3 years ago.

However, this website is unethical and in my opinion, fraudulent, and I do not recommend using it. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear; you can't bring honour and integrity to and illegitimate and unethical scalper.

They do not spell out the fees in a clear manor nor give you a subtotal. In fine print you see the total to be charged with no breakdown of fees.

Purchase tickets and was unable to download from Ticketmaster site then had to speak with customer service several times to track down an unknown sender and a very frustrating. Very frustrating.

My own fault. I was rushing and did not realize I was on a resale site.

Used this to buy a parking pass for a lot at Empower Field. Could not pay with the attendant and had to go online to buy a pass. That was annoying in itself. Pass was about $50 and with fees came out to $80. Ridiculous.

I assumed when I bought my tickets the fees would be displayed before the purchase was complete but they were not. I don't think I would have bought those tickets if I knew the final cost, I would have looked for other tickets.

Went to ticketmaster and they sneakily redirected me, charged me $173 for an $89 ticket, which I don't even have yet.

It was fast and accurate I also like how the price went down

Its been good but I'd rather do this part after I actually get in and see the concert...

Why am I waiting 2 weeks for a ticket that goes up in price everyday

Ticket availability was very detailed with reasonable pricing. Purchase was quick and easy with no delays. I'd purchase from TicketsOnSale again for my concert/event needs!
