The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

You pay upfront but you don't get the tickets till the day prior to the event.
It was okay I got through easy and safe with my information
Ripped off paid more than double the ticket price and only to discover you don't even have tickets to sell only a promise to procure them wtf
I need a refund end u dont want to price is too high
Happened within minutes of each other, I wanted to cancel the order I made, called the customer service line was was told that they do not cancel or issue refunds.
I'm buying a ticket in Canada for a show in Canada yet it's paid for in American dollars. That was the first eyebrow raising issue. Then your system is not very user friendly in order to choose a seat particularly a seat for 1 person. In the end I just want a ticket to hear David Sadaris so I just went with it. Then you sent me five emails to complete the transaction. Again, it really does not have to be this complicated. Even downloading the ticket to my phone was a multi step process. Is your tedious process part of the show?
I really thought I was on Live Nation website. Because that's what I put in the search engine. This site came up. I purchased the tickets at twice the amount I could've gotten them at Live Nation.
There was supposed to be a pre-sale. Ticket Master... page not found. Live Nation... page not found. Somehow I wound up on your site. I got tickets but I couldn't pick my choice of seats. Just take it or leave it. I took it. Then I get $50+ in service fees. For all I know these are resale tickets. I checked Ticket Master and live Nation... no record in my tickets in upcoming events. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so if these turn out to be Resale. I can bounce you. I am really sick and tired of this kind of rip off. And you can bet that the Band involved will hear about this rip off B.S..
Very bad, the solution they provided for me didn't help. Basically saying they don't want to help
Absolutely shocked by the service charge, for EACH TICKET no less. I can understand a service charge for the transaction, but not for each ticket.
It worked fine except at first the web site would not accept my click on purchase now and I received no error message. I finally figured out I had a capital letter in my email address that did not match the confirm email address field. An error message on the email address would have save a lot of frustration.
Acceptable experience at the beginning of process. Much less acceptable at the end result
You want to stand out and be different? Build in ticket fees into the total price. "The price you see is the price you pay". When I see tickets on sale for $50, I expect to pay $50 / ticket, not $70. Just as bad and deceptive as ticket master, who is being investigated for that very reason. Do better.
Too complicated. The process to obtain the tickets was too drawn out; the whole process is too hard for me to figure out. I have NEVER had this trouble before when purchasing tickets from any other vendor
I bought tickets because it mimics a real ticket seller and doest tell you its a resale website. Tickets were in usd not cad not told until the invoice and had to cancel visa becasue it doesnt let you refund your purchase. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
