I recently purchased tickets through this outlet. The price of two tickets was shown as the total but the associated fees/total charges were not shown until after the credit card was processed. Had I known the fees would be more than 1/3 rod the overall charges I would not have purchased the tickets. The total charge should be disclosed prior to the card be charged so that customers can properly consent.
Swift service it was real easy! The concert and lighting were exceptional. They could have had the artists on the jumbotron so we could see better but, it's all good it was a great experience
I purchased concert tickets to see Meghan Trainor at the Walmart amp for $60 each and was charged $160 total. The tickets have not been sent to me electronically. I typed in "Walmart amp" in my browser & this site came up first. I failed to check to make sure I was on the Walmart amp website & I believe I have been a victim of fraud!

I did not understand that a weather cancellation of the game would automatically transfer the parking pass to the rescheduled game without the need to purchase the insurance, which also stated it was for weather events. So, I paid about $8 more than I should have. Otherwise, the service was fine. Maybe improve the wording to make it clear that, if the game is cancelled, the parking passes transfer regardless of whether you bought insurance or not.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
