I would not recommend it. Requirements to download the MLB app just to get your tickets should not be required.

I could not see the final price of the tickets with the surcharges in the site.

Too easy to get sucked in by thinking you are purchasing from Ticketmaster. Ticket prices too high.

This website popped up as the first link when I searched my concert. So, thinking it must be fine, I went ahead and purchased tickets. No more than 10 minutes later, I wanted to cancel after noticing how much they price gouged me compared to other ticket sale sites. I called with my order still processing (not even confirmed) and they told me it was confirmed on their end (which I could not see) so they cannot refund me my money. It is insanity. Then I receive 4-5 emails from them about transferring tickets and "accepting" them. Didn't I just buy them? What do you mean accept my tickets? This whole thing felt like the biggest scam. Never using this website ever again. Hopefully the tickets work, but I guess I'll find out.

I just got scammed by ticketsonsale. I purchased 3 tickets to a concert and agreed to their statement "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $1,573.90 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." however my credit card was charged $2,667.81. I contacted my credit card and ticketsonsale and both said there was nothing they could do, as I agreed to it by purchasing from their site. STAY AWAY FROM TICKETSONSALE!

Total and complete scam. Paid 4 times what the tix should have cost and still don't have the actual tickets.

They are not up front on their resale and that tickets will be deliver as late as an hour before show starts.

Bad not going to my game is to late game started at 6.35 pm and now is 7.01 pm

I intended to purchase two tickets and accidentally purchased four. I called immediately to explain and delete two of the tickets. I was told I was not able to do that.

My experience was beyond reproach. Thank you for this opportunity.

No problems with ordering. Several seats i looked at were sold already and it let me know right then instead going all the way to checkout.
