I didn't realize I was being charged at the US dollar. When I called in pleading for at least the return of the service charge as the website was miss leading, they declined every single request!

Thought I was purchasing tickets directly thru PAC Appleton, WI. These tickets were WAY OVERPRICED and then a HUGE Service Fee added. Called them back within 30 minutes of 1st email from them when I was aware of this and they refused to cancel the sale.

I never received my tickets even though the seller claims to have released them. The customer service center isn't much help in helping you recover or locate your tickets. Im out of my money and my tickets apparently. Ill never use this service again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
