I bought tickets at 9:00 am the day of the concert and never received them in time to go to concert. There was no support to get them. Total waste of time and money.
Ordering the tickets was easy. The fee of 34% on a $118 ticket was in my view very exorbitant. Prior to ordering no where was the fee spelled out. Quite a surprise. If this turns out to not be the best concert I've ever seen I might even rate my experience lower. It was nice just Pullin out the phone and scanning the tickets and walkin right in. Will definitely use TicketsOnSale again!
Maybe it was because of a PayPal purchase but there was a 60 dollar fee charged on top of the tickets which was not clearly disclosed on my purchase. I tried calling to refund the purchase that was made minutes before to be met with lies about there being a full breakdown before finalizing purchase. I promise you there was not! I would.never have accepted those terms. After being called a lier I was then rejected my refund.
The two tickets that I purchased were $80.00 apiece. The total for the two tickets was $228.16. I understand that you have to make money but $34.08 per ticket is a little ridiculous. That is a 43% profit margin. You got me this time but it will never happen again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
