I'd been a fan of Eraserheads Bands since the 90's so I don't want to missed this event. Ordering is much easier than I thought, but hopefully next time Ticketonsale website will be upgraded and can offer a choices of seating arrangement just like Ticketmaster.

VERY DISSAPOINTED
I have purchased tickets but never seen a transfer of tickets email. I have talked to, emailed, and answered texts. But still no tickets. My tickets are go May 14, so if I don't get them by tomorrow; I expect a full refund.
The ticket and QR code that were provided didn't work and we ended up having to pay almost $50 out of pocket for the parking spot. Terrible experience.
The price selected was the $39.00 rate for the Parking we wanted. When I hit the Place Order button the end price changed to $60.94. Then we got to the parking garage and they only charged $25.00. This was an absolute rip off and I'll never use this service again. I'll be warning others as well.
