It was quick and easy. The ordering was very streamlined and easy to follow.

Thought I was paying $33 and with all the hidden fees that were NOT displayed on my receipt, ended up being 52.96! On top of that, parking at the event was only $20. Called for a partial refund and they refused. I will avoid buying anything from this shady company. They are not upfront and their up charge is criminal. I truly do hope it goes out of business and doesn't exist one day. It would serve you all right. Go to ParkWhiz instead to buy parking tickets which is where this place bought them from and doubled the price. My pass was a ParkWhiz pass and found out they were only $21 so skip these clowns and go to a better company.

We booked the parking thinking it was $64.99. The final cost charged to our card was $94.99. The parking lot was hard to get to.

I paid extra for a row 1 parking space. There's was no row 1 space reserved for me. I feel I was taken advantage of. Boo

Had to call because I hadn't received my email and the event was that day. The person I spoke to handled all my questions with a cheerful/helpful voice. Email came in about an hour later.

There was no breakdown of charges when I made my payment.
They gave zero options

I try to buy only 1 tivket in row 8, you charged me 8 tickets and no solution, no help, no nothing, you charge for me for something that i don't want

I was pleased to see a $24 balcony ticket and purchased it immediately. Then I was surprised to see that I had actually paid $40 for it. What's up with that?

I selected the $26 General Parking (5/12/24) and it said $26 through Checkout and then suddenly I was charged $51 for parking. Plus it was hard to tell what sections were available. It was a very unclear and frustrating experience.

The website makes you think you're on the actual place you wanna buy tickets from. Then they overcharge you by outlandish amounts. What would've cost me $36 cost me 112 in fees, etc. Do not use this website.

I was quoted a $13 parking ticket but after I clicked confirm purchase, I was then charged $21! There was no warning or explanation of the added fees until after I purchased. They charge $6 for an email fee to send me the ticket. That's practically half the cost of the ticket! I call customer service to complain of the bait and switch and they refuse to refund my purchase or admit to the unethical buisness practice of not warning of added fees. I will NEVER. Do business with TicketsOnSale again.

I never got the ticket and they wouldn't let me in the show. I spent money and it took it off my card but never received a ticket.

Bought some tickets and try to find where I was sitting at and ended up buying more tickets that that's cost over 2,000 that's I didn't want, I was just wanted to find where I sitting

I purchased two tickets to the Texas eclipse festival last month and the event was canceled early due to weather and the event organizers said a partial refund would be given sometime last week or so. Still no refund or even an update on status.

Easy and quick to find tickets and very quick to get them.

I ordered a specific row and a totally different row was offered. Tried to talk to "live" chat person on site and they could not help and it seemed like they could barely understand english. Would NEVER use this site again. Will try to block cc payment.
