Review bad. Very disappointed with the overall service. Too bad expensive

Didn't show price breakdown before or after I had to pay! Exact location of seats not given either. Why should I have to pay first and find out later where the seats are? It makes no sense!

Don't make the mistake I did and hurry and hit confirm. It says you are buying something for x dollars and then below in the middle of a paragraph it shows you are agreeing to a price that is $30 more. I under they need to charge a free but this is clearly not being straightforward and honest about it. I was in a hurry and got taken. Don't let it happen to you.

So far so good. Delivered on time and ez pz. Computer input is ez and accurate. The only thing I would like is to add a button for parking

The tickets I selected stated "Orchestra left side, Row 2". I confirmed this with my wife, who also read row 2. When I received my confirmation, it stated "Row Z". Not happy about this,

Horrible process a very nasty customer service agent. This seems to be a scam. It is difficult to speak to a human agent. The answering machine message changes up from hold on to speak with an agent to of course not being able to speak directly to someone.

Couldn't buy 2 tickets for different seats. Only 1or 3. I can't download and print out my tickets. I want them in hand now

I was able to compare prices easily and completion of the reservation process took less than 5 minutes.

I just bought the Symphony concert tickets...I was flying@ the world playing for LA Philharmonic

I didn't like that you guys don't show the disclosure about the taxes, the very expensive fees you guys charge, and the charge for email delivery, before the checkout! It's like paying another ticket, and then, when I saw the final charge, I wanted to cancel my tickets but you didn't give me the option! That's not right! I bettered go to see Glenn Miller Orchestra at the Paramount in Aurora. It's cheaper and the theater is beautiful!

I bought tickets for $550 each...3 of them...then.the order was $2200.of which i did not know until it was final...how on earth do we go from $550 each which is so hight already to $2200...no this has to stop...a person should be able to cancel

If the tickets were hard to come by, fine, charge the high price but when the tickets are still available at the venue, what's the reason to charge so high?

Fast but I think you gave me the wrong tickets as there are two shows at the same place in two different halls. How can I rectify this before it's too late.

Thought was purchasing through Ticketmaster. Sought help from chat and unable to assist with tickets being transferred to Ticketmaster or Wallet with barcode.

When I was ordering parking for the concert at the Stiefel, there was a map to choose garages/ lots near the theater. I chose lot "A" which was next to the theater. My wife and I took our moms who are elderly and we needed something close. The spot I ended up getting was 4+ blocks away from the venue and not well lit. I could not park that far away and it was nowhere near the garage I chose on the map nor the venue. I ended up having to pay for parking the night of the event. I feel taken advantage of and duped.

5 minutes after I purchased tickets, I realized that it was confusing and got the wrong venue. Contacted Tickets on Scam and they offer zero help. Tough S^&t was their answer.
