I thought prices were too high but buying concert ticket for son so didn't realize.
I couldn't find instructions for pulling up my tickets and was confused by the delivery system. I was getting worried because my event was only a couple days away. I used their Live Chat and the representative walked me through what to look for and was very patient as I worked to find my way through it. I was able to look at my tickets within 15 minutes and I'm ready for my concert.

I purchased tickets on my phone and didn't notice the small print that the website is a reseller. Massively inflated ticket prices and an outrageous service fee. I will NEVER buy tickets from this site again and I would recommend that you don't buy tickets here either. P.S. Since they're a reseller, you can't get a refund once tickets are purchased.

So I bought tickets and they said they would be transferred to my email that same day and I never received them
Thought I was on an actual Ticketmaster. Was in a rush and didn't notice. Site said two tickets were $55, but paid $153. And tickets are actually $32 on Ticketmaster.
Lesson learned never go to this site again.
In general, since I was able to watch the game, I am satisfied. However, when I was buying them, somehow I got directed to the ticket price being in American. Very shocking and disappointing, since the tickets were already expensive enough in Canadian dollars...
This was the only place I found tickets available. They were already expensive. ~300 for two tickets. After checkout the total was $408. Over $50 fee per ticket- ridiculous.
Charging about 40% over the price of the tickets was significantly too much and then adding $7.50 for the delivery of the electronic ticket was way outrageous. Because they could not confirm my original order, they replaced it with a less desirable section and up more rows. I'm just not happy with that.
