Felt Cheated

I wanted to buy 2 tickets but my first choice was to buy 1 or 3. So I thought I could buy one at a time. Bought one ticket, for an absurd price that wasn't advertised, then tried to buy another one but the choice was that I can now buy 2 tickets. What kind of scam is that? I wanted two tickets not 3.

I purchased the tickets paid almost $300 got an email saying the tickets were purchased told to download an app there is no record of my purchase on this app there's no record of my purchase anywhere except on my credit card and my email the people that I talk to on the chat ignored me completely and then cut me off do not use this service under any circumstances unless you want to be completely frustrated by people who barely speak English you have no concept of what customer service is the way things sit now whenever you use them again

I got tickets to a high level playoff game and wanted my parking to be easy, I saw this advertised as being within 500 ft of the place I wanted to go and purchased. I was there within an hour and a half of the game starting but never got the ticket. I asked for a refund and wasn't provided one. Would never use this service again.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Tickets for an upcoming show were purchased by accident due to being unaware that this was a third-party reseller. Although I understand that are disclaimers, mistakes are made, and I was only looking for some customer service flexibility with merely refund of our service fees. Unfortunately, we were met with no flexibility and a staunch dedication to policy and not the customer experience.

Very Poor customer service.

Purchased two tickets for $204.00 each. Without an explanation or itemized billing my total was $514.60. I unfortunately purchased the tickets. An hour later, I had a change of heart and decided the cost was ridiculous so I contacted customer service and they told me all sales were final and I should sell the tickets to get my money back! Isn't that what they do? They are a third party agent. I asked them to resell the tickets and refund my money. No reply. Never do business with them again.

I didn't understand the ticket prices and how they corresponded to the seating as the seating chart wasn't sectioned off and labeled. I thought this venue was just a big grassy field? Also, the fees were ridiculously high.

Deceptive website or redirect

Googled to buy tickets to Peter Cat Recording company at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. Somehow redirected to TicketsOnSale without realizing I was not on the Wiltern ticket purchase site. Ultimately, I ended receiving marked up concert tickets from a reseller named Kimberly via the Live Nation app. Very confusing and deceptive routing.

Horrible customer service

When ordering, it looks deceptive when you see the price. Knowing you're getting two tickets, but it's showing a price of two hundred dollars. Then, when you purchase it, you find out there six hundred dollars. I'm hoping you can see the difference between two hundred and six hundred dollars. Then, when you call to get clarification of why things have gone up so much between seeing a price of $200 and paying $600 you get a person that says I need to know all of your credit card information. When they ask you for your entire credit card number, but they do it in. 2 different segments split. By wanting to know additional information, you still can put it together that they're asking for your entire credit card number, which makes someone very uncomfortable when handing that information out over the phone to someone. Then, when you tell them you're uncomfortable about that, they get an attitude. They already know the information, but they want to hear me say it. Then they asked me for my entire full name on the credit card. These are all signs of someone who's possibly trying to take your card to be used for nefarious things. Then you find out that there is over a $100 service charge, which is absolutely insane. That drove the price up to an astronomical amount. On top of that, you have other fees that don't include the plus $100 fee. Just to purchase a ticket. For this I give this less than one star, but I can only click one star. And we'll be posting this review. And my experience unread it google and any other informational website I can find.
