No real issues however, it was a difficult check out process since an account had to be established.Pretty simple process all worked very well without problems, simple and easy to use.

You charged me $1500.00 plus, on my credit card, for two seats. Then when I printed my two tickets, I was charged only $75 each for my two tickets. Unless you can get this matter resolved, I will never apply for tickets again. Please help me get this matter resolved! Thank you.

The concert was great. The website is fine. They rip you royally on the extra fees.

I mistakenly purchased tickets for a performance of which I'll not be able to attend. It interferes with my pre-scheduled hip replacement surgery. During a "live" chat, I was told I could not cancel for any reason. Poor policy on your part.

I received a mail cancelled my tickets but I already have the charge in my account

Tickets said they need to be printed but now available until 2 hours prior to show for parking. We will be at show by then. Couldn't find our order number 4 times. Then emailed not available until November 2 for tonight show for parking. I have very little trust this will work. But they were quick to charge my cc

I booked the parking. After have be a parking time for after the game starts. No way to change time.

The total price of the price of the ticket was not disclosed to me. I did NOT consent to an additional $28 fee. I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bruesu unless you can make this right.

Why do I have to wait days and why is it no instantaneous?

There was an issue getting the ticket I bought, but the service people kept trying, and eventually figured out a way to make it work.

This is a second market site and the prices are double than actual ticket. I tried to get a refund and they didn't accept it. I feel very sorry for myself that I fell for this site and bought ticket from them. The actual site has tickets half price without the additional $50 fee
