I bought a 113 dollar ticket and when i arrived at the stadium the parking was closed so i had to pay another parking ticket to leave my car and there wasn't anyone to refund me

I grossly overpaid for my tickets from a website posing as an official seller. If I can get my my back I will return the tuckets

Last minute decision to attend a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. TicketsOnSale had the lowest rates, best seat options and had my tickets within 10 minutes of purchase. I looked at my usual ticket sites and TicketsOnSale was the most affordable…will now be my first go to site for purchasing tickets!

Menus were horrible to navigate and the service fee is almost as much as a ticket itself.

I accidentally bought from this site after searching for seat geek and somehow landed on tickets that were more than double what the venue is selling direct. It was my mistake but this is robbery IMO.

I bought the tickets for a Canadian gig and did not know it was in usd until the payment went through. The tickets are double the price than other sites

It was impossible to see the total cost of tickets - including surcharges - until after payment. And... the surcharges increased the cost by 40 PERCENT. Offensive and outrageous

I have not received my tickets. I also have received only one email confirmation with no clickable links.

The tickets said $72 per ticket. 72x2 = 144. My total was $198. $54 dollars in taxes and surcharges is horrendous. Mega lame charges. Just buy tickets somewhere else.

I bought my tickets over 30 days ago and the only option to receive them was through the Flash/AXS app. The event is now four days away and AXS still knows nothing about my purchase, there is no sign of my tickets in the app. The email confirmation TicketsOnSale sent said I would receive the tickets by 2 days from now - just two days before the event. We're driving 13 hours on that day to get there, & I've booked expensive lodging. This is my 1st time using AXS, and I'm very uncomfortable waiting until the day we leave, just two days before the event, to see any sign of the tickets in the app. If there are issues, I want time to deal with it before I'm packing or driving all day, and enough lead time to cancel my lodging and get a refund if something goes terribly wrong.
TicketsOnSale customer service was very polite but could do nothing for me. My tickets won't be visible in the app - nor any sign of them pending - until the seller delivers them, and TicketsOnSale & AXS have done nothing to connect their systems so I can see that connection exists between my accounts with each vendor. I won't be buying tickets here again.

This website marketed itself seem like I was buying from the venue, and pays to be the first option available. Immediately after I purchased and noticed that I was charged in USD (for a venue in Canada, ok ….) I tried to contact them several times, chat kept closing, no answer by phone, no answer via email, and then after 4 hours I finally got ahold of them and they said there's nothing they can do, it's final.
