I purchased a Blue Jays ticket with tickets on sale and the rink with the barcode they sent me didn't work at the gate at all. Their customer service put me on hold more than 20 mins to figure that out, but I had to give up the ticket as the game was already starting, so I ended up purchasing $70 ticket at the stadium booths to get in. They of course never called me back or do anything. Very disappointed… wasted $50…

I am being asked for a review without even having received my tickets for my event which is in 2 days. I have had to email multiple times to find out the status and when the delivery date passed they changed the delivery date saying it was a vending issue and if I didn't receive my tickets to reach out TO THEM the day before my event. I will never use this service again. Not sure I will even be able to go to my event since I still don't have my tickets and running out of time to purchase tickets from a reputable ticket seller.

We thought you were a legitimate ticket vendor when we tried to buy tickets to a Christian Worship leader's performance. We had no idea that this is a scam, and that you jacked up the price 400% for tickets you don't even have yet! We managed to buy actual tickets later from the REAL vendor and you won't refund us.

SCAM- timed out and then ended up getting wrong tickets and would not cancel. Called immediately to try to speak to someone to cancel and got no one to pick up. After 30 minutes went to the chat and had the worst customer service experience and would not let me cancel. On top of that I still don't have access to my tickets. Disputed with bank and will be getting my money back as I STILL DONT HAVE THE WRONG TICKETS THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL.

I thought I was buying from the venue. I paid platinum prices for what I'm to expect are nose bleed seats, and I'm not to get those tickets until the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. Total bull$#*!, your policies stink. I will NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN.

I purchased, with confirmation, six tickets to game 5 of the PWHL finals and the sale was rescinded so more money could be earned elsewhere. This shouldn't be allowed since I had already reserved the tickets and paid for them.

The site this described the game as close to selling our. The stadium is maybe 1/3 full. Fees were not disclosed.

I'm still waiting on my tickets. They took my money immediately but my tickets didn't arrive immediately.

I was redirected to this site and had no intention to purchase tickets. I made an error as your site charges a crazy amount for tickets with no refund. Also in USD not Canadian dollars. I paid twice as much as I wanted to now I'm stuck with the bill!

No where did it say how much the service fee was and when it was all said and done my total was just at a hundred dollars more than what the two tickets were. Don't use unless you have to.

Didn't get 10% discount that was offered. Called customer service and no help. Very disappointed

What a complete rip off. It's going to be a bunch of reserves. And the service is absolutely shocking.

The time to purchase the tickets is very short to be able to read every singer detail of your terms and conditions. After receiving the statement from my credit card I realized there was a problem. I requested a refund and I was informed today That a refund was not possible and to try to resell them! I will only supposedly receive the tickets the day before the event. Therefore it's absurd to even suggest to "resell" something that I don't have.
I will contact my CC and cancel the purchase through them. Never, ever again will purchase anything with you. And I will make sure to mentioned to every single person I know

I had no idea that the service fee would be so extreme. It was not stated anywhere that I saw and even when I tried to find it I had to seriously LOOK. I thought I had been scammed! A $128 ticket cost $45 in fees! Outrageous!

Ticket paid in full and only available to receive in 30 days which less than 24h before the concert.

You think you're buying a $100 ticket and when you check out, it's $150. That's ridiculous and I hope the government steps in to protect this predator behavior.

Unfortunate. They collect the full amount and told me now that I will not get the tickets until the day before the show. What?
I have to book the hotel to stay in Napa now. Makes me very nervous that I am actually going to get the tickets!
