Need to figure out how to get the tickets for my costumers to give to them when i got my cubs tickets' that was a Breeze

I dont know yet havent been to the venue yet, so will see after how it goes.

It would be nice to get my ticket a little sooner than 1 day prior to the concert.

Should've perused other ticket sales sites before I decided to buy.

This was the worst site ever we bought 4 tickets for a game and they said it would be there sunday night for a game on tuesday on sat night we asked when we were going to get them they said unfortunately your tickets will not be available till sunday at 11:59 and then another email saying that it the venue was withholding all tickets when our friend bought tickets and already had her tickets. Never use TicketsOnSale it's a scam go and use ticketmaster.😡😡

The tickets cost at least 3 times what I would've paid had I gone to the venue website directly and even then they warn the tickets could be fraudulent. It's stressful until you're garnered entry. I accidentally clicked on this website thinking it was the venue. Not sure how that happened. I will be hyper vigilant in the future.

I had insurance on my ticket and was told I needed a Dr. note.I could not print my ticketWhere else could go.

Somebody stole my credit card and you guys accepted it. However, your staff was very friendly, but I still haven't gotten my money back.

I purchased 2 tickets to see Billie Ellish in Vancouver on December 3. I chose seats and paid. I was told I would not receive my tickets until December 1. Maybe that's normal but seems sketchy to me. I paid a lot for the tickets and expect to get them asap to price it.

This company's ticket process was a fiasco. The venue I went to told me they were a scam. I had to buy another set of tickets because the link they sent me wouldn't work after many efforts. I called them and the denied me a refund. Tough lesson.

There were hidden fees and they would not cancel and refund my money

The websites looks like the real thing yet it isn't. You think that the ticket you are about to purchase is the correct seating and row. But it isn't. I am disappointed in myself for accepting to go on with the ticket selection that was not what I wanted.

I never received tickets for my event. When Inwent to the venue they told me that they do no deal with re-sellers. I was able to get rush tickets at 1/10 what Tickets on Sale charged me. While I did get a refund, the whole experience was terrible and I won't use Tickets on Sale again.

I felt the prices of the seats were very expensive, according to the view that we received. The rodeo personnel ended up by moving us to better seats that were not taken, but that was not a reflection of tickets on sale, but of the venue. It turned out to be a good thing.

I cant rate my experience because i dont have any info on if I actually bought tickets, moneys been taken out of my account but as far as if im actually goin to the venue i dont know. So i have to wait until a couple days before the show, thats the dumbest thing ever. I cant even plan a hotel

I could not get an answer as to why there were no special pricing for seniors and or Veterans.

Everyone always thanking veterans for their service. It's only lip service because the money is more important than the actual little it would take to give a veteran a break.
