Like anything else that involves purchasing items on line, please exercise caution!

They are scalpers and extremely upset at them for buying all the tickets to Lorna shore and reselling them wayyyy higher, they were supposed to be 230$ for two tickets including taxes and service fee but after the transaction to my bank account it came up to 326$ NEVER Will I buy tickets from them ever AGAIN!

I'm getting up there in years but attend lots of concerts and see no reason to stop now. However, it is such a drag for me to get the tickets over to my phone. Granted, I'm a dinosaur and not as knowledgeable as younger people.

But I can't seem to find an alternative and its frustrating. I'm always afraid I'll lose the entire site on my phone and thus lose the tickets.

I've been to 3 shows in the last month or so and have tickets to e more shows.

As far as my call for assistance it was quite an experience with evidently someone new on the phone. No disrespect to her but the length of the call with
Poor results again is frustrating. Especially with no resolution.

Anyway, you asked so there it is... A show is supposed to be a fun experience and not a "pain in the." to get in the door. Especially when you already have my money.

This group charged me almost $100/ticket for tickets that actually ended up being $35 each. The theater was changed, too, and my seats were very difficult for my father-in-law to get to.

I booked for specific seats in a specific section, and this was not what was sold to me. Then once I accepted the tickets in said email, I was overcharged what I initially paid...what's going on? How do I rectify this?

I have no choice, but to purchase from this company. It's not right.

Tickets were listed as $59 including tax and for 2 of them I got charged $220 total...no breakdown of the items were provided

Fake, fraud. The tickets havent been tranfered and the event is tomorrow. I payed a lot por nothing.

I was charged the price in American dollarsInstead of converting the Americandollars. For example,, my three tickets for Cirque de Solei in Halifax were 108 dollars each = 324 Canadian dollars. In total I was charged 605 Canadiandollars. I have called up many times to speak to a supervisor they say there are not available. The other staff I spoke to either did not understand me or gave me stupid reasons as to why this had been done. I need to be reimbursed for the overcharges

Bought tickets to a show and was denied access and did not get a refund. In total $750 wasted and lots of aggravation. I wouldn't never do business with them again

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS NO HELP WHATSOEVER, VERY ADAMANT ABOUT NO REFUNDS, EVEN THO I AM NEEDING SURGERY.

I had been waiting for ticket sales to go live and when they did jumped to buy the ones for the first day of the College Men's Baseball Tournament. I needed three but could only buy in even numbers, but I really wanted to take my 84 year old mother, who's a huge fan. SO I bought four seats for about $62 each, when I only needed three. By the time this seller tacked on its fees, the total price was over $300 (remember, what I wanted was three tickets, which would have totaled less than $190). THEN it turned out the site was so unclear that I had only purchased tickets for the first game of the first day, which was not the game my team played in. I had to eat the exorbitant cost of buying an extra ticket I did not want and and still didn't get to take my mother to see her team win. Huge disappointment.

The Web link to this site was very deceptive and designed to appear as if you are purchasing tickets from the venue directly. It wasn't until after the purchase order was completed did it become evident this was not the actual concert venue and that the tickets were not guaranteed at the price quoted. The surcharge is excessive and not worth it.

After I bought the tickets they said obstructed view.

We somehow got the wrong date and paid almost $400 for a concert that we missed!

Bought a ticket for LOT C by staples center to go to a clippers playoff game. Bought the ticket 10+ hours in advance of game start. When I got down to the entrance to enter the parking structure, there was a huge line of cars waiting. The attendant said this lot was now full and we'd have to follow her directions to lead us over to another lot across the street. When we went in that one, the attendant over there seemed to not know what they were doing as they pointed us in the wrong direction and back out onto the street, a block further than we originally were. Now we had to rush and find out own parking somewhere by LA Live which wasn't as close to the arena and not to mention I had to pay for a whole other parking pass because the one I PAID FOR was not available. So disappointed in the management of the lots and service provided by tickets on sale. Never again.

I bought tickets as a gift for my wife. She had sent me the link for the tickets. I bought them and was not aware how much the face value was. Upon arriving at the venue I realized the tickets were $20 each. I paid $ 115 for both tickets on this site. Shame on me for not researching and realizing that there are sites like this just looking to take advantage of people. Do your research and don't trust scalpers!

Reported website to Google. Were the first website on Google search for tickets to performance at Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Ticketmaster selling standard admission for 1/2 the price for next two seats over same section same row. This is why there'll be legislation very soon on third party vendors inflating pricing for event ticket sales.
