Been 2 hours and have no tickets. Spent $200 and was carrying my kid for birthday. Where are they!

The ticket prices are fine but the processing fees are ridiculous. Other than that I'm satisfied.

This site charges more than TWICE the prices of the actual tickets. They refuse to cancel any order. They have not provided me with the tickets I've paid for and won't identify the seats I've supposedly purchased because they don't actually have them to sell. Even though the app said I'd receive my tickets by text immediately after the purchase on November 17, the phone bank guy (from a foreign country he refused to identify) now says I'll get the supposed tickets on December 14, the day before the performance. They don't even have the tickets they sold me or a seller they supposedly are connecting me with.

Aside from the fact that I cannot get my money back for this order, your customer, service agent, Jorge, Was very kind and understanding. Despite my terrible experience in buying the ticket, he was very good! Please commend him for me.

Didn't realize that I would have to pick up the tickets at will call. Why can't you just send them via email?

I purchased a parking ticket that I did not receive!

Picked a parking spot with a price listed at $53, at check out i was charged $79.

I went through the process at the end when time to pay it showed my 2 tickets plus tax no problem. After they my credit card $70 on fees were added without telling me.

I was really pleased by the prompt and helpful response I received to an email query regarding what to do if I could not access my ticket by my phone - because it was a gift. This was very reassuring. Thank you!

The ticket was not delivered by the time of the event. Plus I paid more than 3 times the ticket amount. This company is a scam and will be reported to the better business bureau.

These are more expensive through this sight- shoot! I looked after the fact and could have saved $27

Am very concerned about this site being a scam. Prices are way higher than rtc site. Not itemized so not sure what all the charges and fees are?

Could buy tickets at door for $20 - deceptive listing showing limited tickets available
Face 20 - charged 52 and then added service fee of 42 - then you are unable to cancel ticket after order place - even after only 5 mins.

So I got stuck paying for 2 tickets to the dog show that would have cost me $40 but I paid $146.

Well, I ordered four tickets and I was told that I would get them the day before which is yesterday today's the day of the play and I have no four tickets. I've got people that are ready to go but no tickets so no, I would not use your service Ever again.
