This ticket purchase option shows up when you search the event on 5he venue site. It is not clear that this is a reseller until the purchase is complete. Now I am in limbo and wondering if I actually have tickets until Feb 5…3 days prior to the event….

I was redirected to your site when attempting to purchase concert tickets. Your site led me to believe I was buying 2 tickets for both of the days for the event. However, once transaction went through I had purchased one day only for more than double the cost of the actual event website! I attempted to "cut" with your people but was treated very poorly and did not ever get through to a live person to discuss. Very, very disappointed!

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience. I tried to buy tickets on Ticketmaster and was redirected to this website without my knowledge of being redirected. I selected my tickets to find an exact amount for the hidden fees, but couldn't so thought it might be on the following screen. I paid with Apple Pay and what I thought would be maybe $650 or at most $700 charge ended up being a $900 charge.
I was not able to see the fees until I received an emailed receipt. I tried to call and dispute the charge and the answer was the tickets are nonrefundable. I cannot help you. There is nothing that can be done. I was even advised by customer service to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Even that ended up being a nightmare. If you're going to charge outrageous fees, they need to be disclosed before purchase.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
