This website is a scam. I alerted them to a fraudulent charge made with my info and they told me that it was not. As the literal card holder, they decided that my telling them that the purchase was a fraud purchase was not strong enough for them to stop the transaction. Even when the scammer tried to change the email to get the tickets sent to them, which they flagged as rejected, they still would not stop the purchase. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS

The links they provide do not work. I tried to cancel because the tickets are overpriced. They refused.
The fees are just ridiculously high hovering around 25% of the actual ticket! This has been going on for decades, and the audience is trapped, unable to buy tickets from the venue because of third-party vendors
The transfer button on the email will not work. I have called and tried chatting but everything is AI and automated you can not get a live person to help.

I was expecting to purchase tickets from the Washington Center for Performing Arts and your link came up and I thought it was through the center. Nope! It was easy to choose and make the purchase. However, at the end our ticket price was $15 more than what was quoted with insurance. Supposed to be $42.75 ($34 parking + $7 ins + $1.75 tax). Instead my ticket was $58.37 with no explanation for the extra charge
