The tickets are on the top level, advertised on the site for $189 each, I ordered 2 and paid for them. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $525.00 with NO explanation! I separately purchased cancelation insurance, so the additional $147.00 was charged to my card and I don't know why! Unacceptable! *******377

It was very easy to pick out where the seats were located and the price range. I had enough time to buy 2 tickets without feeling rushed.
You can't zoom in on seats. You also can't save your tickets while you're looking.
It was not clear to me that the ticket prices were in USD. It is apparent at check out and it might be before, however with the show in Vancouver I would never anticipate the cost being in another currency.

My husband and I wanted tickets to our Alma Mater's football game. Looking on the University site to see what seats were available we were offered a link called "lower prices". I clicked for two $33 seats. The checkout was easy but when confirming payment I saw we were charged over $101. I did not see anywhere that the tickets would cost this much.I was expecting $66. We are on a fixed income and $40 can make a big difference to us. Had I known this, I would have looked elsewhere or not have traveled 3 hours to the game.
Preying on senior citizens by presenting outrageously high prices unbeknownst to them is appalling!
I could have purchased these tickets for $500 less had I purchased directly though the venue. I would have been able to choose from all seats available. I would have received my e tickets immediately without having doubts that this ticket agency is a scam.

It was not clear how much of a service charge would be charged, nor the total price of the ticket. Nor was it clear that the ticket would not be issued to me personally, but was re-sold and in someone else's name. After only six hours from purchasing, I tried to contact the company and received no reply. I asked for a refund And have not heard anything back from them at all and it's been several days. I would not recommend this company.
