It will not give me my parking ticket! Very disappointed

As soon as I made the purchase it says that PayPal authorized a payment way higher than what was listed. I can't find a break down of taxes or fees anywhere. Would not recommend.

Thinking of buying the t parking ticket inadvance to save a little more time i ended up paying $50.00 more.

Not good. They make it seem like you are buying from venue.

I only chose this particular price for the parking garage. I shouldn't have trusted one of these sellers for misinformation. I expected to pay ~45 but was charged 70. It was a rip off when I should have just paid when I got to the garage for 30.

Tickets didn't say anywhere before I purchased that the view is limited. Only found out after I received the Email. Also it says I won't get the actual mobile tickets until the day of the concert. This is really crappy service considering you charged me 30% extra fees on top of the sale price. Never buying thro your platform again.

We spent over an hour trying to get mobile app set up and to work. Kept freezing. Kept going back to page 1 when trying to reset password, sign in, etc.Then, I signed in about 10 (yes 10) times because it kept kicking me out. Software /app did not want to load/ open. Customer service refused to believe this was going on or the pages that did come up or froze, or... She consulted with tech support finally. They just said that this was NOT supposed to happen. I kept asking them to send tickets another way. "Sorry, can't do that." no options. Since the event started in an hour, I was very upset. Finally I got the program to unfreeze by fluke while tech sup was being consulted for their sorry charlie answer. Don't know what I did but it worked. APP SUCKS. Never again.

I was quoted $670 dollars for 2 tickets and my credit card was charged $1833! This bait and switch tactic is reprehensible! Especially when you contact the vendor the next day and they refuse to give a refund! Stay far away from these crooks!

I purchased my tickets and received some confirmation emails but none was the tickets. One of the emails read that I may have to download an app or make an account but you don't have an app from what I can find. Another said I may have to wait for a sale transfer.

All good but why was the price in USA $$$? Event is in Canada and everyone got it for $44 cad … and you charge $44 USA :)

I thought that I was going through the venues website to buy tickets. So I went to buy tickets to a comedy show that were listed as 77 bucks each. I bought 2 and paid 238? I'm not sure if the math is mathin' :(
I understand that there are taxes and fees but that just seems ridiculous. Unfortunately, I bought the tickets before I realized how much they cost. TBH had I known that they would be marked up this much I probably would have just listened to her show on Spotify haha. Now I am feeling some buyers remorse and a little scammed. Anyhow, I learned my lesson the hard (and expensive) way, I will read the fine print. I will not purchase from this company again and I recommend that you don't either.

I purchased tickets from a site that I thought was a venue. Turns out it was a reseller selling seats that weren't even for sale yet. The worst part is they charge me three times the face value for each ticket I ended up buying the tickets through Ticketmaster and saving $300. Do not use these people as they laughed in my face when I ask for a refund and they take advantage of people that are urgently trying to purchase tickets.

I was on a Venue website and got redirected to TicketsOnSale before I could realize it. I paid 3x too much for these tickets and am so disappointed that I could not receive a refund!

Very efficient! Love it so far. Need to be more transparent on fees charged before applying the purchase timer.
