I received two emails after my purchase, which is helpful. However, both emails added minimal value. One was an Order Summary and the other outlined when I could expect my tickets. When I got a third email (a few days later), it asked if I received a confirmation email. I received my Order # but no subject line or anything on either email said 'confirmation' in any fashion.
Hi, the buying experience was good, however I now realize I was foolish not to check other ticket sellers and the venue directly. My friends bought exactly the same tickets for $77 (CAD) each, through TicketsOnSale I paid $173 (CAD)! To say I was annoyed is an understatement. When I IMMEDIATELY called the TicketsOnSale line I was met with an automated message saying they do not offer refunds.
Unless I am contacted to discuss further, I would suggest NEVER USE TICKETS ON SALE they are effectively using SEO to place themselves at the top of searches and then GOUGING the customer with extortionate mark ups.
Buy directly from the venue or a search for an online ticket merchant who's operation is based on making up tickets to rip people off.
