It was the parking issue that I had a problem with. I was sent an email to pay for parking ahead of time which charged me $44 when I arrived. No one knew where that parking lot was. I drove all over and couldn't find it and ended up spending another $17 on parking.
Purchased parking for a Marlins game. Confirmation link doesn't work didn't let you activate the parking pass and put your license plate in. Waste of time and money. Would never use the site again.

Incredibly poor - these guys are a joke. I bought an underground parking spot at millenium garage- they gave the wrong time for the game and booked a spot not underground or anywhere near the stadium. Called them and they changed the time but not the location. Keep getting emails from them asking for screenshots but it's a hoax

My only concern is that I have paid for my tickets in full but haven't received the tickets. It very uncomfortable paying $884 and have nothing to show for it.
