I wish I received the tickets right away. Waiting until November is nerve racking
Ordered tickets but taking a while to get them only have the confirmation email saying that I ordered them but not the actual tickets with the barcode
The processing time for my purchase timed out. I therefore didn't know if my purchase had gone through. I then recived a email telling me to complete my purchase then I received another email showing me my seat allocation. And tell me I Will received my tickets the day before. So I'm hopeful but still confused.

Had I known how far away this parking lot was (4 miles from Forum), I would not have purchased the pass; I didn't learn the address until the purchase was made and pass sent to me. I had no way of canceling, so it was $40 down the drain. I bought another pass for the Forum parking lot on a non-Ticketmaster site.
Happy with my purchase and I like the amount of security measures the website uses to make sure that the tickets are getting to the right person.

We never have experienced where a survey demanded comments and then even expected an amount of keystrokes. We wish we could have our tickets emailed sooner as we will will not be able to receive them just 3 days before the show..

Received a confirmation email indicating the ticket will be transferred 1day prior to event. Then received email asking if I ever received a confirmation email. Check status link does not work. Hopefully the ticket will be transferred prior to the event! Still 4 days out.
My experience was very good purchasing the tickets was easy best price around and easy access give you lots of options for parking and places to stay for the night as well
It's difficult to understand why one has to wait until so close to an event before having tickets delivered.
