It was easier to get tickets. Now its confusing and I don't have time to post 50 words.

I wasn't aware you had to confirm your purchase after you gave your credit card information and as a result was sent an email saying there was a problem with your purchase. Anyway a little of an inconvenience and I still don't show having my tickets. Ticket purchasing should be easier than this. Not sure I will go this route again.
To get the tickets I never received an email, I was able to get them through the MiLB website but it took several attempts. I thought I was purchasing tickets directly through the team website and never would have spent almost 3 times the ticket value when seats were still available. Very deceiving.

Tickets require a third party app to utilize. Saving tickets in the app is not intuitive. Printing paper tickets is not an option. Saving to Apple wallet is not an option.
