You charge a delivery fee and don't deliver anything. And we can no longer choose a seat. Sucks
Problem with credit card wouldn't go through but it didn't say that was the problem. I called the cc company and they had blocked the sale, it wasn't the way the information was entered. It finally got resolved but I just used a different card instead.
Not as reassuring as I would like. I don't like so much money leaving my bank and having nothing to show for it.

I haven't receive my tickets yet. :( I was hoping after I pay online I would receive or get a digital tickets but didn't receive any updates it say wait to send the tickets.

I received an alert from the venue with a discount. The TicketsOnSale link for the ticket sales would never work due to repeated errors. And even from the website, it took repeated attempts after putting my CC info before I receieved a confirmation.
Buying tickets the day of the game was easy. Only small issue is that there was no PDF or QR with the tickets so I had to pick them up at the box office
My experience was horrendous. This company is a scam. They dont clarify the price is in USD. Their customer service is a joke. They will bore you to death reading the same scripted answers on repeat until they break you down and you hang up. They claim they can't do refunds or exchanges or anything because they're third party despite them sending me an email saying nothing has been confirmed. Overall I would stay as far away from these scammers as possible. 100% would not recommend
