It was so easy purchasing tickets, I highly appreciated the efficiency
You lure buyers with the original price and then add $180 of service and delivery fees when buyer is well into process. This practice of heavy add-on fees is deceptive and dishonest. Just add those fees to the advertised price of ticket up front and let the buyer decide upfront if the ticket is worth the TOTAL price. Shame on you.
I purchased tickets to a conference tournament the day before the event. This purchase ran into several challenges. I received an email stating tickets would be transferred soon after purchase the night before. The next day I waited until 10 AM to call about the transfer since the email implied that the tickets might come from the box office. The agent escalated the issue and I raised the concern that the event was at 2:30 PM. I did not receive the tickets, so I called again at 1 PM and was assured the tickets would arrive soon. I received 1 of 7 tickets 15 minutes before the event and the remaining arrived 1.5 hours after the event started. I requested a partial refund from this provider and received a refund.
Please email me my tickets sooner than later. I don't have a printer available the day of the show next Saturday. I'm not going to do complete rating until my tickets arrive
Easy process. Haven't received tickets yet but the website was easy to navigate and I found the tickets I wanted without a problem.
It was easy to find what I was looking for, the only thing I didn't like was we don't know our seat numbers. I paid and only saw the section of our seats. So, it is confusing how the seats are assigned in fairness to the price.
