Purchase and Seats are confusing.I wont know what seats we got util closer to the event. I didn't like that part of the purchase at all. And I kept trying to summit order and it just locked up 3 tmes. Not my laptop it was working fine on other sites. I did get the confirmation but it was very confusing.
We purchased 2 tickets to a show and the seller only issued 1 of the 2 tickets. I spent 4 hrs over 4 calls with support to try and get the other tickets all the way until about 3 hours prior to the show. Then I asked for a refund since the seller couldn't get us the tickets in time for us to make the show and tickets on sale rep would not issue a refund! This wasn't our issue why both tickets weren't issued and we should have been given a refund. Such a waste of time and awful support for the customer. I would never take a chance getting tickets from this company again.
Easy system to order tickets. I appreciate the email asking to confirm my receipt of confirmation. No issues to speak of and I hope the remainder of the process is just as simple.
This is the first time I've used the service. Don't do this and am skeptical of using internet and cell phone for such transactions. I prefer a paper ticket I can hold in my hand, but that ain't happening now a days. Hope it goes well when I attend this event.

Easy - exactly the info I needed to make decision but feel a bit unsure- tickets will not be transferred until March 27- juts 3 days before the event. Seems sketchy to me.
Ticketing check out was good, would prefer to see the price with all fees and taxes up front, and not wait until after the seat is selected and checking out
