My tickets were purchased in March and the concert is in a few days and I still haven't received them yet. Tried calling and was unable to talk to a real person just got a recorded message.
Mistakes happen and they give you no way to rectify. You fall in and the first thing on the message is no refunds no cancellation no exchanges but how can we help.
