I'm still waiting for a refund for the parking tickets that was not used.

Awful. I purchased a parking spot ahead of time and it never gave the specific address. The description of the parking made it seem like it was right at the stadium. The spot was actually over a mile away. I never even used the spot and went to a closer garage. Never again will use this. I do not recommend.
So, am I getting an actual pass? The e-mails I have received say the pass is pending? Very confusing.
After purchasing tickets with my credit card I was asked for further verification from another site. Asking for picture ID. That led to invalid emails and uncertainty whether the transaction was completed. Eventually found out the purchase went through. Stressful.

The processing time for my purchase timed out. I therefore didn't know if my purchase had gone through. I then recived a email telling me to complete my purchase then I received another email showing me my seat allocation. And tell me I Will received my tickets the day before. So I'm hopeful but still confused.

Had I known how far away this parking lot was (4 miles from Forum), I would not have purchased the pass; I didn't learn the address until the purchase was made and pass sent to me. I had no way of canceling, so it was $40 down the drain. I bought another pass for the Forum parking lot on a non-Ticketmaster site.
Happy with my purchase and I like the amount of security measures the website uses to make sure that the tickets are getting to the right person.
