We never have experienced where a survey demanded comments and then even expected an amount of keystrokes. We wish we could have our tickets emailed sooner as we will will not be able to receive them just 3 days before the show..
Waiting until the day of to get tickets is insane. If I purchase the tickets, you should give them to me. It's called a transaction. I'm an idiot and clicked on this link instead of Ticketmaster don't be like me.
Received a confirmation email indicating the ticket will be transferred 1day prior to event. Then received email asking if I ever received a confirmation email. Check status link does not work. Hopefully the ticket will be transferred prior to the event! Still 4 days out.
My experience was very good purchasing the tickets was easy best price around and easy access give you lots of options for parking and places to stay for the night as well

I was extremely disappointed because I went to the actual venue website and apparently was redirected without knowing to this sight. We paid 55 for a parking pass and when we printed the actual ticket the cost of parking is only 12.80! So we way overpaid and I feel we were scammed! I will never use this site again! Bunch of BS!

I thought I was buying tickets from ticketmaster as you guys have "Ticket Master" as a banner on a google search. I am overall happy with my purchase but at one point felt like I may have been getting scammed. It was not until I received my tickets that I was relieved. There are a number of resale ticket sites now a days. You don't have to trick people into using your site. Other then that the purchase was quick and easy.
