I got tickets to the event I wanted and then they wouldn't stop emailing to do this review so now I'm doing the review so I don't get the emails anymore.
The tickets were received in time for the event, luckily we sprung for insurance because weather kept us from being able to attend. I'd buy the insurance, winter can be unpredictable. Customer service is very responsive.
The purchasing process was fast and easy. I then transferred them to my son and that was also seamless. Great experience!

Purchased 2 tickets instead of 3 ( my error)! Tried calling costumer service repeatedly without success … since the webpage order section "contact us " hyperlink did not work. Auboar service in the event you need to have a person assist you with the order process.
