I received notification of my purchase, but it had some confusing legal verbiage, and I'm not sure how this is going to happen. Will I receive the tickets via email in the days leading up to the concert? Is my notification email proof enough to show when I go to the concert? I was shocked when I saw a $45 "service fee" PER TICKET?!? With taxes, an additional $100+ was added to the price! Kinda high don't you think?

If Parkwhiz is where the tickets are really coming from, I didn't have an opportunity to use my Parkwhiz coupon because Ticketmaster was at the front of the purchase.

The occurs everytime I try to view my ticket and the event is tonight. Am I stressed? YES!
My confirmation notice was late in coming which led me to believe that I was scammed. Two hundred and thirty some dollars is a lot of money for me to spend and the delay in the confirmation notice caused me a lot of stress.
So far, I've been less than impressed. The tickets were overpriced to begin with, but to be charged such fees on top of each ticket is ridiculous. I had to call support because the phone number on the purchase was wrong, and he told me he fixed it but then kept reading me the wrong number back to confirm. I'm concerned at this point if this is even legitimate or if I'm going to let my closest friends down. And, because the actual electronic tickets apparently won't be sent until the day before the event, I just get to wonder and worry until then. I won't be using the site again.

For as much money as I have spent, I was not pleased to know that where my tickets could end up being in the theater is entirely still up in the air. I reserve judgement about you until I see where my tickets end up and the ease at which they are transferred to me.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
