It's a bit cumbersome to navigate, and it's always a bit nerve wracking to pay for something and hope the electronic communication follows through on what you purchased 14 hours later. BUT, I received my tickets and was able to download them to my wallet… All good in the end.
It was easy to find seats in our budget and I liked being able to select sections and rows to get the most for our money.
I got tickets to the event I wanted and then they wouldn't stop emailing to do this review so now I'm doing the review so I don't get the emails anymore.
The tickets were received in time for the event, luckily we sprung for insurance because weather kept us from being able to attend. I'd buy the insurance, winter can be unpredictable. Customer service is very responsive.
